Step 2

Measure the lower circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of your knee (B) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 3

The GenuTrain S should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Saved my knee

I have a torn MCL in my left knee. Nothing was relieving my pain. Of course meds would.. yet I didn't want to go there. I purchased the GenuTrain S hinged knee brace after much reading regarding it. It gives my mobility yet security in movement.
