My knee story

Now have 2 Genutrain braces. One for right knee helps enormously with mild medial knee compartment OA. The brace certainly has stimulated quad and hamstring function and strength, helped reduce a small knee effusion, and as a result my gait and functional capacity has improved from barely around local streets to 10+km hikes through local mountain trails. The improvement in the stability of my knee has been outstanding.

More recently bought another brace for my left knee. Purely as a preventative measure, as I was aware of some early signs of OA. Has improved those symptoms and together the braces have made a world of difference to my ability and enjoyment of hiking.
