What are the most common injuries caused while playing soccer?

Soccer or football is one of the most popular sports in the world. Since, it is an intense contact sport it brings with it a risk of various injuries, especially lower extremity injuries. The most common injuries you can get from soccer are knee injuries which can range from mild injuries such as sprains and strains or major injuries such as ACL tears, meniscus tears or Jones fractures. These traumatic injuries can be caused either due to the overuse of the muscle or tendon or due to impact from a fall or twist. To prevent the common injuries caused by overuse of ligaments and tendons, we recommend wearing Bauerfeind braces and Sports Knee Support as they provide protection of the knee joint. How can I prevent ACL tears and Meniscus tears in soccer?

Anterior cruciate ligament injury (or ACL tear) and Medial collateral ligament injury (or MCL tear) are usually caused when your knee takes a hit or when you suddenly twist your knee while running in soccer. Will the hinge in GenuTrain S limit my movement during soccer?
