The LumboTrain Back Support is the perfect all-rounder for relieving lower back pain and soreness. Massaging and soothing the muscles around the lower spine with an anatomically shaped back pad that tracks along the lumbar region, the LumboTrain provides active relief from pain in any kind of movement or activity.

Using a perfect fit sizing system, the LumboTrain Back Support sits on your hips and waist to track along the muscles whether you're seated, standing, lifting or running. With a lightweight and ultra-breathable design for comfort, it's ideal for all day wear.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different to the LumboTrain Lady?

The only difference between these two products is that the LumboTrain Lady is slightly longer from top to bottom, and has a more defined anatomical curve at the hips. Both are suitable for men and women, and in many cases we recommend the LumboTrain Lady for both as it covers a slightly larger area.

Is the gel pad detachable?

The gel pad can be adjusted in height, or completely removed if desired.

Is this machine washable?

Washing is easy. Either a handwash in cold water, or put them in a gentle cycle on cold in a clothing bag in the washing machine. Air-dry on a towel (do not machine dry).

Is this good for lower back pain?

The LumboTrain is great for lower back pain, especially in the muscles in your lower back. If there's a sharper pain around your hips or pelvis, you may need to go with the SacroLoc.

LumboTrain

Excellent support given for lower back issues. Have had back surgery and find this to have assisted with my recovery and prevention during a normal days activities and when playing sport. Easy to wear and very comfortable under cloths. Highly recommend.
