Treating heel spurs, sore heels or just aches in the heel is easier than ever with the ViscoSpot Heel Cushion. Available in two different sizes, it slips right into your shoe for exercise, work or just daily life, free from heel pain.

The pad itself uses a special three-density design that allows for varied cushioning and support in the heel. First is centre pad, a soft density that cushions the heel and redistributes force across the rest of the heel, while the middle pad works to soothe the surrounding tissue. On top of this, the outer cushion works to guide the heel to make sure each step is protected from pain.

Just what the Doctor ordered

I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and the GP gave me a print out with instructions for a do it yourself heel insert for my shoes or the Bauerfeind ViscoSpot Heel Cushion. As I already use Bauerfeind knee braces very successfully, I ordered the ViscoSpot and its been amazing. Played a full game of Basketball on it last Monday and use them all day at work. The pain doesn't totally go away to be honest, but you can function, whereas before I couldn't even walk. I highly recommend these! I am off to buy a couple more to stop moving my only pair (they come in pairs) between shoes!

Yes. All our insoles are sold in pairs to be worn together, to ensure the foot is completely balanced.

How high is the insert?

The ViscoSpot is 8mm at it's highest point with a gentle angle, to guide and cushion the heel. This height will change depending on the size and weight of the person wearing it, and is designed not to lift so much as to support.
