The OmoTrain Shoulder Support is perfect for dislocation prevention and recovery, pain relief from bursitis, arthritis and injury, and post-op recovery of the shoulder joint. With a slim design that fits comfortably under your clothes, you can wear it during sports, exercise, work or just lounging about at home.

The completely adjustable strapping system allows for maximum support and stability of the shoulder while still allowing for a full range of movement. The removable delta pad massages and soothes the muscles around the shoulder joint itself while the compression strengthens the upper bicep to take the load off as you move.

Best shoulder support I’ve ever had

In the lead up to 2 roller derby tournaments in consecutive weeks I suffered a shoulder rotator cuff tear which wouldn’t have time to heal prior to playing. I bought the OMO Train Shoulder Support as a last resort so I could still play and this has been the greatest purchase I’ve made!!

Throughout all of our games my shoulder was supported without having strapping across my chest which was such a relief being able to play and move the way I normally would. I found this to be better than any strapping tape and other supports I’ve used in the past. It’s was also so durable and easy to wash while away from home. I’ll definitely be recommending the OmoTrain support to anyone I meet with similar injuries!!

I’m so thankful that I had this support to equip me to play at interstate level tournaments

Dislocated Shoulder

After a recent horse riding accident I dislocated my shoulder. A friend suggested the omotrain support and it has been fantastic. The compression helps ease the pain and also reminds me not to push too hard while at the gym or riding and given it will be months since my torn tendons heal it will protect me from future dislocations.

Pain free goalkeeping

With a previous tear in shoulder tendon, I experienced pain when goalkeeping in soccer. The Omo Train Shoulder Support worn during the game, has eliminated the pain and lets me play my chosen sport.

Can I wear two OmoTrain at the same time on both my shoulders?

Yes, the OmoTrain can be worn on either left or right shoulder. You can wear two braces at a time.

My biceps are bigger than my shoulder muscles, will I still fit in the OmoTrain?

Yes, the OmoTrain fits biceps upto a circumference of 40cm. Please refer to our sizing guide. 

Can I wear the OmoTrain during sporting activity?

Yes, the OmoTrain shoulder brace can be worn during sporting activities such as soccer, rugby, golf or tennis. The medical grade compression in the shoulder brace will stabilise the shoulder and improve blood circulation to also assist in post-game recovery.

The shoulder brace is made with a stretchable, breathable and moisture-wicking flat knit which prevents overheating during sporting activity. The strapping system involved in the OmoTrain will keep the shoulder secured in the right place, whilst the viscoelastic soft pad will reduce swelling and relieve any pain felt. 

Can I wear the OmoTrain for Acromioclavicular (AC) Joint Injury?
