Description

The AchilloTrain Pro provides pain relief and extra stability to the Achilles tendon.

This ankle support features a friction gel pad, running along the Achilles tendon, which massages the tendon during movement and helps to reduce any swelling of the muscle. The AchilloTrain Pro is produced from a soft moisture wicking material which ensures all day wearing comfort. This material also delivers medical grade compression to promote blood flow around the ankle joint, aiding to further reduce inflammation and pain.

The massaging gel pad in the AchilloTrain Pro runs further along the Achilles tendon, providing targeted support and pain relief higher up the tendon. Use the AchilloTrain for relief closer to the heel of the foot.

The AchilloTrain Ankle Support is recommended for people suffering from a tight Achilles tendon, severe Achilles tendonitis, Achilles tendon rupture or Achilles pain that runs higher along the tendon and closer to the calf muscle.

Features

  • Pressure-reduced edges – Ensures comfortable fit without constricting movement, bunching or slipping. Improves circulation.
  • Longer length – Sits higher up the calf and supports the upper muscles, tendons, joints and nerve endings.
  • Winged massaging inserts – The upper third tendon and area where the muscle meets the tendon, as well as nerve endings, are stimulated by two wing-like massaging inserts.
  • High elasticity – Makes the support easy to put on and take off.
  • Stretchy knit material – Conforms to the natural shape of your body. The breathable fabric draws sweat away from your skin and is machine-washable in the gentle cycle, which helps maintain its elasticity and original fit.
  • Universal - Same version can be used for the right or left foot.

What is the difference between Achillotrain Ankle Support and Achillotrain Pro Support?

AchilloTrain Pro Support runs longer brace than the regular AchilloTrain. It provides extended support along the tendon, closer to the calf muscles.

Unlike the regular AchilloTrain, the AchilloTrain Pro is easier to wear with footwear as it does not include an integrated heel cushion.

Fantastic product!

Fantastic Assistance for Achilles

Really love the product - I can wear it while walking and it settles the achilles allowing to work more kilometres without stressing my achilles - I have also used it when my achilles has flared and aching - the support settles it straight away

Achillotrain Pro

Measured my ankle as per directions online, was 24cm therefore size 4. When I received the support I tried it on for about an hour, however my whole calf muscle swelled to a point I had to take it off. Have sent it back for a larger size.

Would not recommend it based on my experience so far. Hopefully the next size will be better.
