Good support

I have issues on both knees and therefore purchased a pair. The braces are comfortable and reliefs the stress on my knees especially on the longer runs.

My only issue is that the vecro keeps rubbing and sticking onto each other which is annoying. Am learning to deal with that, and already done a half marathon, but had to be conscious they may stick together anytime. Am planning for an ultra in 2 weeks, which will be the tale teller. Overall, an effective system, just consider those of use that need 2 and the vecro issue.

Improved confidence and support while rock climbing and volleyball

I’m really happy with the thought and engineering put into this brace, I had a partial tear in my medial ligament of my knee and would have patellar subluxation occasionally that really impacted my confidence in my sports, this definitely helps with stability and confidence to get back to the high level of functioning I was achieving

A few tips about an excellent piece of kit

I aggravated an old injury to my keft knee during a club bushwalk last year. The club's insurance kicked in for 80% of the cost of my first P3, which lasted a bit over a year. The fact that I was willing to shell out the full dime this year for a replacement tells you all you need to know about why the 5-star rating.

You might be wondering how anyone could wreck a P3, given the high quality of its build. Read on.

First, I have a size 3 calf and a size 4 thigh. For reasons I hope are obvious, I went for the size 3. That worked from both comfort and stability perspectives. However, I really had to haul the P3 over my thigh, which put extra stress on the unit.

Second, I wore the P3 almost everywhere, every day. The P3 went to the beach and got soaked in brine and full of sand. The P3 crawled through the garden, helping to lay slabs and pull weeds. The P3 hiked in the hills, through scrub and over rocks. The P3 went shopping, where it was the quintessential get-gear-from-the-bottom-shelf enabler.

Third, I sweat copiously and chose to turn the P3 inside-out regularly when I rinsed it. Turning inside-out puts extra stress on the unit.

I'd accept my treatment of the P3 is not the norm. I'll be kinder to this one (but not much). Hopefully, you'll learn from my mistakes.
