The LumboTrain back brace supports the lumbar spine area to treat lower back pain whereas the SacroLoc back brace stabilises the pelvis area and relieves the sacroiliac joints.
The mode of action of the LumboTrain is through the viscoelastic gel back pad which relieves lumbar tension. The SacroLoc has two massage pads which cut out at the iliac spine (SIPS) for better comfort. The pads gently massage the affected muscles during movement and the compression relieves tension which helps to reduce pain.
The two back braces also differ in strapping system. The SacroLoc stabilises the pelvis through a patented strap system made with an elastic mesh material that provides a higher level of sturdiness and stability during every day movement. The LumboTrain uses a hand strap system which makes it easier to fit and wear the back brace on a daily basis.
