Game changer

Two months of wearing this brace from morning until early afternoon each day has reduced my knee pain and swelling by 90%. It’s amazing. I can walk again instead of hobbling while experiencing nausea-inducing pain.

An old injury left me with a complex meniscus tear, grade 2/3 ligament strains, swelling under the kneecap and moderate arthritis (MRI). Physio, clinical Pilates, topical anti inflammatories and half a dozen different knee supports were no help and I wasn’t keen to agree to the recommended surgery. Instead I used the site’s tool and bought the recommend GenuTrain A3. Took a couple of days to get used to wearing it and by then the swelling had reduced. And I could walk with minimal pain! I should have worn it sooner

I found the knee support excellent but delayed it which impacted my pain management. However since wearing it for over a week now I've found it great support. The only niggly issue is that it does slip a little and I have to keep pulling it up but when I wear snug fitting pants I don't have to do this.
