The LumboTrain provides mild pain relief to the lower back region.
This back support features wide hand loops, helping you put on the support with ease and allow for the amount of targeted support to be adjusted. Produced from a comfortable knit material, the LumboTrain is anatomically contoured to the spine’s natural curve to provide all day comfort and help with posture adjustment.
Unlike the LumboLoc, the LumboTrain features a unique friction gel pad which massages the lower back region during movement. This triangular gel pad effectively massages the lumbar area to relieve muscle tension.
The LumboTrain lady anatomically contours to the female body shape, with the brace accommodating to wider hips.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the LumboTrain back brace and LumboTrain Lady back brace?
The LumboTrain Lady and LumboTrain back brace are similar however the LumboTrain Lady is built to contour a woman’s waist.
What is the difference between LumboTrain Lady back brace and SacroLoc back brace?
The LumboTrain Lady back brace supports the lumbar spine area to treat lower back pain whereas the SacroLoc back brace stabilises the pelvis area and relieves the sacroiliac joints.
The mode of action of the LumboTrain Lady is through the viscoelastic gel back pad which relieves lumbar tension. The SacroLoc has two massage pads which cut out at the iliac spine (SIPS) for better comfort. The pads gently massage the affected muscles during movement and the compression relieves tension which helps to reduce pain.
The two back braces also differ in strapping system. The SacroLoc stabilises the pelvis through a patented strap system made with an elastic mesh material that provides a higher level of sturdiness and stability during every day movement. The LumboTrain Lady uses a hand strap system which makes it easier to fit and wear the back brace on a daily basis.
What is the difference between LumboTrain Lady back brace and LordoLoc back brace?
The LumboTrain Lady and the LordoLoc back brace both provide support and stabilisation for the lumbar spine. The LordoLoc differs from LumboTrain in providing stabilisation to the lumbar spine region and lumbosacral junction through higher rigidity.
Flexible aluminium strips located at the back provide correct support for posture and gentle stabilisation of the lumbar spine region. There is an additional elastic tension strapping system to provide greater stabilising effect.
What is the difference between the LumboTrain Lady and the LumboLoc back brace back brace?
The LumboTrain Lady on the other hand provides active relief through the viscoelastic gel back pad which massages the back muscles during movement to relieve pain.

Can I wear the LumboTrain Lady back brace over my clothing?
