Just spend the money!
Was skeptical on spending 170 bucks on an ankle guard to get my ongoing achillies tendinitis issue improved. I have flat feet and have had this achillies issue triggered on and off everytime I do intervals in my runs or sprints in my soccer games. It can be totally be away for as long as 6 months and boom, it can just strike back anytime again which is super annoying.
I purchased this support 3 weeks back while I was spotting the injury again which was so bad that I could not even walk proper. The injury had occurred again while in a soccer game. Had mixed feelings if the support would work and it was just too costly. Eventually, I just decided to give it a go.
I used it in my next game and It helped a little I would say but not any amazing. I could still feel the pain though. But I wanna stress on the recovery part of it. i
It is really fascinating. It just got better and better as I wore it day to day. Previously I would be limping for the next 4 days post soccer but with the support I could walk normally the very next day with minimal pain.
But the annoying part is everytime I played soccer again the pain came back again as I did alot of sprints. So its definitly a go to for the recovery phase. It really helps me and I vouch by it.
Anyways, if anyone wants to really feel zero pain and hope for any product to make wonders, you might as well get a new achillies tendon to be replaced with your broken one, lol.
Definitly recommended this support for anyone who has…
